It has been my privilege to serve on the editorial board and as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Pediatrics and Neonatal Nursing since early 2015. This experience has been facilitated and enhanced in large part by its effective support staff and diligent efforts of my colleagues serving the editorial board. Special thanks to Kathy Flora, an editorial assistant from Openventio Publishers and her support staff. Their contributions to the flow of information and publication process have been instrumental in the development and growth of the journal and the quality of its manuscripts.
